Anhui Wannan Electric Machine Co., Ltd. was established in 1958. For the 50 years, our company has had great improvement. We were one of the first batch factories to produce the new type motors of China-Y series three-phase induction motors for energy saving in 1983.

Now, our company is a middle-sized enterprise with advanced technology, equipment and administration. The total assets is more than USD25,000,000 and the total output is about 5,000,000 kilowatts.

Our company is one of the "China 500 the Largest Producing Electrical Equipment and Machinery Enterprise", "China 20 the Largest Producing Electric Motor Enterprise" and "Anhui Top 50 Industry Enterprise". The composite index of economic benefits of our company is in the top 10 of the industry in China. Our company changed the ownership to shareholding in 1996.

Y and YD series motors are acted as the High Quality Products and Free Inspection Products of Anhui Province. Our company passed the ISO9001 certification in 1997 and reviewed for recertification in 2003. Our company got the "Certified Product Adopting the Standard" by former China Machinery Industry Ministry in 1985 and "Certification of Product Adopting International Standard" by Quality and Technique Supervise Bureau of Anhui Province. The Y2 series, YC and YL series motors have got the CE certification. The YB, YB2 series and YFB series explosion-proof motors have got the Explosion-Proof Certificate by China National Explosion Proof Electric Inspection Center. NEMA motors have got the CSA and EEV certification.

WanNan motors have covered each province in China and been exported to America, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Germany and other countries of world markets. We will continue following the managing aim of "Quality First, Credit Supreme".

We have established the technical center for research, design, test, prototype trial-manufacture and technical file management. And the technical center was awarded as Provincial-Level Enterprise Technical Center in 1996. All the motors are designed with computer. The CAD and the MIS System are well performed in the technical center of our company. And our company has been acted as the national demonstration enterprise of CAD application.

We have strengthened the technological management by the cooperation with the national research institute and university. Our company won the management prize of quality product. We have won the prize of Technological Management Advanced Enterprise awarded by the former Ministry of Machine Building and an Exemplary Enterprise for Good Management by the Government of Anhui Province.
